Responsibilities 

  • Develop project plans in terms of resources, progress, and quality.
  • Effectively manage resources and costs.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive the development team toward project goals.
  • Report promptly and transparently on the project to stakeholders, periodically and as required.
  • Conduct daily activities regarding Daily Meeting, Daily Report, Tracking, Monitoring
  • Proactively work with the Development team and Production team to avoid any risks regarding delays and source code quality.
  • Manage the team to deliver according to committed milestones with Customers.
  • Supervise the development team to ensure project milestones and end results are well delivered to achieve project goals.
  • Navigate customer expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of the project team and the company through initiatives and knowledge sharing.

Education and Experience

  • Database schema design
  • Requires background training expertise, preferably experience in SQL, .NET, or iOS, Android
  • Ability to provide high and low-level estimation
  • Ability to provide resource planning
  • Management skills: Stakeholders & Risk management
  • Knowledge about IT security
  • Have 1 year of experience in software development project management
  • More than 2 years of experience applying the Software Development Life Cycle (analyze, design, develop, test, and apply) and experience using Software Design Patterns
  • Experience working with Agile Scrum
  • Ability to write and communicate fluently
  • Always set quality requirements
  • Equipped with knowledge of source code management systems such as Git, SVN, etc.
  • Proficient in using project management tools (Jira, Redmine,…)
  • Positive and responsible attitude towards work.
  • Dynamic, hardworking, enthusiastic.
  • Communicate fluently in English

Compensation and Benefits

  • Sign a labour contract, enjoy 12 days of annual leave and public holidays and New Year holidays according to state regulations.
