Responsibilities
- Develop project plans in terms of resources, progress, and quality.
- Effectively manage resources and costs.
- Proactively troubleshoot and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive the development team toward project goals.
- Report promptly and transparently on the project to stakeholders, periodically and as required.
- Conduct daily activities regarding Daily Meeting, Daily Report, Tracking, Monitoring
- Proactively work with the Development team and Production team to avoid any risks regarding delays and source code quality.
- Manage the team to deliver according to committed milestones with Customers.
- Supervise the development team to ensure project milestones and end results are well delivered to achieve project goals.
- Navigate customer expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of the project team and the company through initiatives and knowledge sharing.
Education and Experience
- Database schema design
- Requires background training expertise, preferably experience in SQL, .NET, or iOS, Android
- Ability to provide high and low-level estimation
- Ability to provide resource planning
- Management skills: Stakeholders & Risk management
- Knowledge about IT security
- Have 1 year of experience in software development project management
- More than 2 years of experience applying the Software Development Life Cycle (analyze, design, develop, test, and apply) and experience using Software Design Patterns
- Experience working with Agile Scrum
- Ability to write and communicate fluently
- Always set quality requirements
- Equipped with knowledge of source code management systems such as Git, SVN, etc.
- Proficient in using project management tools (Jira, Redmine,…)
- Positive and responsible attitude towards work.
- Dynamic, hardworking, enthusiastic.
- Communicate fluently in English
Compensation and Benefits
- Sign a labour contract, enjoy 12 days of annual leave and public holidays and New Year holidays according to state regulations.
