Team Leader QA/QC/Tester

Responsibilities

  • Mentor QA team, working closely with the development team and management team to design testing strategies
  • Understand domain knowledge & client testing process clearly to implement all testing activities independently and effectively
  • Review requirements, specifications and technical documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Investigate defect reports from production support, isolate their causes, and inform development teams for fixing and retesting to ensure adequate resolutions.
  • Prepare test documents and review them with development teams when necessary

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of work experience as a Senior QA Engineer/QA Lead
  • Good experience in both manual testing for web-based and mobile applications (knowledge in automation testing is a plus)
  • Solid experience in creating and implementing test strategies and detailed test plans, test cases/scripts
  • Good experience in writing new test cases based on requirements
  • Experience in developing, documenting and implementing quality assurance standards
  • Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform and responsive testing
  • Willing to learn and adopt new technologies and testing methodologies
  • Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside of the box
  • Experience in API testing and Web Services Ability
  • Familiar with Performance Testing
  • Good knowledge of testing methodology and tools and experience with Agile methodology is a plus
  • Experience in developing test automation for mobile web and applications is a plus

Candidate Priorities:

  • Experience with Security Testing is a plus
  • Fluent English (Both written and verbal) is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
